Pepper Lunch is the orginal Japanese DIY Teppan restaurant, with over 350 stores all over the world. We are looking for passionate team members to join our close knit team at our newest venue in town - Highpoint Shopping Center

Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will be part of a team that strives to provide our customers with high quality dining experience on a daily basis.

Superstars we are looking for :

  • Availability for a mix of weekdays (Thursday and Friday is highly regarded) and weekend between 10am-9pm - At least 3 days/week (at least 20 hours)

  • Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn

  • Team player and strong work ethic

  • Hard working and proactive, can do attitude

  • Flexible availability, able work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends

  • Previous experience in hospitality is a MUST.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, particularly within high volume operations

BOH duties:

  • Openings and closings kitchen

  • Food & ingredient prep according to standards and procedures

  • Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness

  • Dishes and rubbish removal/bin duties.
