Summer Casual Staff – Yolux Frozen Yogurt (Northcote)

December – End of January | Seasonal Contract

Yolux is looking for Summer Casuals to join our team over the busy December–January period. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, reliable and available throughout the whole summer with no leave during this time (block-out period).

This position runs from early December until the end of January, with the potential to stay on afterwards depending on performance and staffing needs.

About the Role

  • Customer service and front-of-house assistance
  • Preparing and replenishing toppings
  • General store cleaning & presentation
  • Light food preparation
  • Supporting a fast-paced service environment
  • Handling POS and transactions

What We're Looking For

  • Must have full availability December & January (no leave requests during this period)
  • Able to work afternoons, nights & weekends
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Hospitality/retail experience preferred but not essential

Bonus Skills (not required but highly regarded)

  • Experience in food service
  • Confidence with customer interaction
  • Ability to work across both FOH + light BOH duties (cleaning, prep, restock)
