UGL's Fuels and Energy East business is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead multi-disciplined crew across Fuel Terminals and refining operations across Brisbane

This role offers the opportunity to impact the delivery of maintenance and capital improvement programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards. If you thrive in a challenging environment and are eager to make a significant impact, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision for blue collar crews across Field Maintenance, Capital upgrades or one-off Maintenance projects.
  • Scheduling upcoming resources and tooling requirements through close contact with Superintendent & Maintenance Planner
  • Provide information to the Superintendent & Maintenance Planner on the status of works.
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment
  • Serve as the team's representative in client interactions
  • Track performance of maintenance key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure the team is adhering to the agreed schedule, budget, quality and safety standards

About You

  • Trade qualifications
  • 8 Years exposure working across Fuel Terminals, Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical or similar environments
  • Sound knowledge of working under maintenance procedures and requirements
  • Efficient use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems as well a general level of computer literacy
  • Effective verbal and written communication capability
