Casual Medical Receptionist

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our small family-oriented GP practice at Chapman Family Medical Practice on a casual basis

The position would be 1-2 shifts per week with the potential for more. 5-hour Shifts: Morning shift 8am - 1pm and Afternoon shift 1pm – 6pm Monday to Friday only, no weekends or public holidays.

Key duties: Patient reception, answering telephone, making appointments and payments (Best Practice software), Document scanning, Working as part of a small friendly team.

Essential Requirements: Must be available to cover sick leave and annual leave when needed and at short notice, Strong Customer Service Skills, Close attention to detail, Ability to multi-task.

Medical Practice experience is essential.

This position is available for immediate start.
