Support Worker

Location: Perth, Leeming & Morley

Type: Casual / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts (includes non-active overnight shifts)

Pay: Competitive + penalties for overnight shifts

We're looking for a male support worker to work one-on-one with neurodivergent male individuals—supporting them to build confidence, independence, and life skills in a respectful and empowering way.

• Daily living support – Help with cooking, cleaning, personal routines, and shopping
• Skill-building – Support individuals in learning everyday life skills
• Community engagement – Join in on social outings, the gym, and recreational activities
• Overnight shifts – Enjoy paid, non-active overnight stays (get paid to sleep)
• Positive role modelling – Build strong, healthy relationships based on trust and consistency

• Male support worker (gender requirement is based on the preferences of the individuals supported, in line with EO exemptions)
• Experience or understanding of working with autistic or neurodivergent individuals is a plus
• No formal experience required, however any experience in care, support, mentoring, or working with people with disabilities (paid or volunteer) is highly valued
• Willing to work flexible hours including overnights and daytime adventures
• Ability to work independently, with patience, empathy, and consistency
