Following an internal promotion, CMI Toyota Portside is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our talented team, drive operational excellence, and deliver the exceptional customer experience we're known for.

What you'll be doingIn this pivotal role, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-performing service department
- Boost workshop productivity and efficiency through innovation and forward thinking
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team with a values-based approach
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, memorable experience
- Monitor and report on key service metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Champion safety and uphold the highest WHS standards
About you
You're a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in people. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in automotive service operations
- A leadership style grounded in integrity, respect, and collaboration
- Strong communication, relationship building, and organisational skills
- The ability to engage effectively with senior leadership during challenging periods
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- A current driver's licence (essential)
