About Our Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced assurance professional to partner with our business units and develop the assurance framework. This role is responsible for conducting audits, maturity assessments, and compliance reviews, as well as analyzing data and incidents to identify improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ISO standards and experience developing and embedding assurance frameworks. They will also be able to build effective relationships and provide strategic advice using industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Assurance Framework and Program.
  • Partner with business units to embed assurance practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or 3+ years in a senior assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 31000, 15288, 55001).
  • Experience developing and embedding assurance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate complex information.
