We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor in Rockhampton to join our geographically dispersed team across Queensland. This role offers a unique chance to play a pivotal role in our organisation's growth by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including seamless onboarding of new team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across diverse roles and locations.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
