With a healthy and growing pipeline of new build projects, we are looking for talented and driven Workforce Planning and Resourcing Lead. Working in tandem with the Head of Projects, to work in you are responsible for delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that improve construction project delivery and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with project managers, delivery leads, and senior leadership to ensure optimal workforce planning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintain real-time visibility of who is allocated to which project/site, when they become available, and where the next demands are.
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting workforce data, including utilisation rates and skill sets.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of resource availability and capacity.
  • Forecasting future resource demands based on project pipelines and business goals.
  • Modeling resourcing scenarios to assess impacts on timelines and budgets.
  • Identifying process improvements and collaborating with HR and IT to enhance data accuracy.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for resource-related inquiries and presenting insights to leadership.

What you'll bring: Our ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimising workforce efficiency. You will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working on large build or infrastructure projects
  • 3–5 years' experience in workforce planning, data analysis and resource management
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
