You will work with colleagues across HR, Information Division and Data & Behavioural Insights to develop meaningful data products and visualisations that support AGD's strategic priorities - including workforce planning, gender pay gap reporting and parliamentary requests.
As of a small and supportive team, you will work with limited direction to deliver timely, accurate and insightful workforce reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, refining processes and finding practical ways to turn information into insights.
