About The Role
Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Daily mail and courier management
  • Handling and resolving customer's phone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationery
  • Maintaining database and updates of presentation
  • Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Ad hoc administration and duties
  • Some heavy lifting maybe involved

About You
For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You have the talent in creating a good presentation and possess a good communication skill. You have an excellent administrative, time management, organisation skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

Key Skills and experience include;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
  • Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
