Doors Plus is a family-owned company established in 1989. We currently have 23 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of retail doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss brand and are considered an industry leader in the home renovation door market. 



Description

About The Role:

We are looking for people with strong customer service skills. Capable of efficiently answering phones and greeting customers during peak sale times to assist the sales team. Able to process payments in accordance with company policy. Able to complete administration duties as required. Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment. Maintain an organised and safe warehouse.Ability to move doors, unpack doors, prepare orders for installer pickup, and other ad hoc warehouse duties. The necessary degree of physical fitness is required.  Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and dispatching orders. Participate in store/warehouse audits and stocktakes.No evenings or night shiftsApproximate average weekly hours 25-38

Skills And Experiences

About You:

High level of attention to detail.Strong communication skills – you need to be able to clearly verbalise to customers.Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly while maintaining consistent communication with customers.Basic computer literacy. Able to learn new systems (training provided). Experience in warehouse roles, reception roles, or customer service roles would be an advantage. Availability to work some weekends is preferred.Successful candidates will be required to produce a National Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
