We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Junior Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decision-making and business strategy. This role is perfect for individuals eager to grow their data analytics skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Support senior analysts and business teams with data-driven insights.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving data management systems and workflows.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Continuously develop technical and analytical skills to improve data capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with databases and data cleaning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
