Your Role:

Are you Garden Maintenance Legends?? Then we want you, you will take charge of daily garen maintenance operations and lead a small crew. This is a full-time, hands-on position: You will ensure safety and quality is at the forefront of what you do and liaise with management and clients to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

We are offering opportunities for experienced Team leader who is enthusiastic, strong, fit, honest, reliable and are team a player who enjoy a good work-culture.

It is preferred that the successful Team Leader applicant should have:

· Minimum 2-3 years experience in landscape maintenance (mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning)

· Current Australian driver's licence (manual transmission preferred for work vehicles)

· Knowledge of pest and disease identification. Agricultural Chemical Distribution Control (ACDC) licence preferred

· White Card (Construction Induction Training) required or willingness to obtain before starting

· Punctuality & reliability

· Excellent time management skills.

· Be committed - accept accountability & responsibility.

· Be approachable, and have good communication skills.

· Professional presentation & positive attitude.

· Effective clarity in communication & interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with customers in a professional and appropriate manner.

· Must take pride in your personal presentation, work, and display a genuine passion for horticulture.

· Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
