You'll jump into a high-impact Martech team shaping personalisation at scale. Working closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and marketing stakeholders, you'll own, development and integrate cutting-edge tools - CDPs, CMS, personalisation engines, Generative AI, APIs, bringing data-driven campaigns to life through hands-on, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and configuration of MarTech platforms—think CDPs, CMS, personalisation engines, AI and marketing tools
- Build, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations that power seamless data flows across marketing systems
- Turn technical designs into reliable, scalable solutions that enable real-time personalisation and audience targeting
- Collaborate with tech leadership, data teams, and marketing to ensure flawless delivery of personalisation use cases
- Apply solid DevOps practices including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and documentation to keep releases smooth and stable
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across the entire Martech stack
What You Will Bring
You're the kind of engineer who gets marketing tech inside out and loves crafting solutions that work. You understand cloud-native architectures and bring a solid toolbox of skills to the table, ready to shape next-gen personalisation.
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise MarTech platforms (Google GMP, Adobe RT-CDP, AEM, Target, Analytics, SFMC and marketing automation tools)
- Strong cloud expertise - AWS and/or GCP - covering services like IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, Glue, and more
- Skilled in API development, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Fluent in scripting and programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, Java, or Terraform
- Proven ability with DevOps pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo)
- Great communicator who documents clearly and collaborates effectively across technical and business teams
