The Fernwood Fitness Group has over 70 clubs across Australia and are recognised as the leader in women's health and fitness in Australia.

Fernwood has excellent marketing campaigns that drive enquiries to support local membership sales. In addition, new employee induction, training and sales tools are very comprehensive with ongoing national and local training available.

Fernwood Fitness Loganholme offers a huge variety of group fitness classes, reformer pilates, FIIT30 (our small group training program), personal training and HYPOXI.

We are a team that are genuinely passionate about women taking care of their health and wellness. We have achieved huge growth over the previous two years and are ready to take the club to the next level while also protecting our excellent level of member retention.

Qualifications & experience

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a sales focused environment that required you to generate leads, meet call volume and conversion targets
• Proven ability to follow up sales enquiries and convert them into sales
• Proven ability to multi-task in a busy, fast paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of computer literacy

Tasks & responsibilities

• Making calls from enquiries, leads generated and databases
• Booking appointments to tour the gym
• Conducting tours and converting to membership sales
• Daily reporting of appointments booked, tours and sales
• Available to work between the hours of 6am and 9pm, with at least two nights availability to work until 9pm.
• hours/week, likely to increase, part-time available
• Please note that training for the role will be at Browns Plains for a minimum of two weeks.
