About the role:

- Support service delivery and promote culturally strong, community-led responses for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
- Facilitate and participate in sector forums, workshops, and networks to share knowledge, promote consistency, and build capability.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate practice approaches to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with QATSICPP's strategic and legislative requirements.
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a related field, or extensive experience in child protection practice.
- Proven experience in child protection and family support practice, with the ability to provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to practitioners.
