At the heart of our business is our Procurement function ~ driving efficiency, cost optimisation, and strategic supplier partnerships. Through data-driven decision-making, streamlined vendor management, and best-in-class solutions, our team ensures every dollar spent enhances business performance and supports sustainable success in a competitive market
What You'll Do
As our Procurement Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for making procurement smarter, faster, and more efficient. You'll split your time between keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and diving deep into data to uncover insights that drive better decisions.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Keep things moving: Manage requisitions, purchase orders, catalogues, and supplier agreements in Oracle Fusion.
Solve problems: Work with stakeholders and suppliers to fix issues like delivery delays or order discrepancies.
Drive compliance: Help the business stick to procurement policies and improve processes to avoid future hiccups.
Turn data into action: Build dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
Collaborate across teams: Be the bridge between procurement, finance, and other departments to support strategic projects and smooth operations.
Lead improvements: Use data to close out old purchase orders, reduce non-compliance, and support smarter budgeting and forecasting.
What You'll Bring
You're someone who loves making sense of data and helping others understand the "why" behind procurement processes. You're confident, curious, and ready to make a difference.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance (around 3+ years).
Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance.
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, and SQL.
A knack for analysing data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
Great communication skills—you're comfortable training others and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
What you'll get
Diverse leave options: bonus leave of 5 days annually, cultural, volunteer, and 18-weeks parental leave.
Access to corporate discounts and our leading health and wellbeing app.
Monthly employee social activities, competitions, awards and free tickets to events.
