My client is a dynamic, integrated advertising and design agency based in the stylish suburb of Richmond, Melbourne. With an open-plan, collaborative creative set-up, they're expanding their team and on the lookout for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join the mix for a short 3-4 day project.

This role is perfect for a mid-weight After Effects specialist who's quick, clever, and confident in animation and editing. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a big bonus.

There are also opportunities to flex your skills behind the camera, so a working knowledge and interest of lighting and sound is essential.

Other responsibilities/requirements (but not limited to):

  • 2D animation in After Effects - think animated text supers, icons, transitions, etc.
  • Basic colour grading
  • Basic audio mixing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and file handover between programs (e.g. PSD/AI to Premiere/After Effects)
  • A strong understanding of file formats for web, social, and broadcast
  • Rotoscoping and motion tracking - favourable
  • Basic 3D space animation in After Effects - favourable
