We're on the lookout for a skilled Mechanic/Mechanical Fitter to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the assembly, repair, and optimisation of concrete agitators and associated industrial equipment. You'll work closely with a reliable and safety-focused crew, using your mechanical expertise to ensure operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

· Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair heavy machinery and equipment.

· Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.

· Work collaboratively with production staff to reduce operational disruptions.

· Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and safety documentation.

· Adhere to all WH&S policies and site safety standards.

What We're Looking For

· Trade Qualification: Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade; or

Cert III in Light/Heavy Mechanical.

· Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industry.

· Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.

· A strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining high-quality standards.
