Carpenters & Site Supervisors- Modular Homes

Heatherbrae & Dooralong (Factory Work) sites- you choose 

We're looking for qualified Carpenters and Site Supervisors to join a growing modular home builder.

Carpenters will be based in either Heatherbrae or Dooralong factories- working on modular builds in a controlled environment (yep, no mud, no rain delays).

Site Supervisors will oversee installs on-site, coordinating crews and making sure everything runs to plan. You'll be in and out of the factory, but your main game is delivery and install.

The Work:

Carpenters

  • Factory based modular home builds
  • Wall framing, fit-out, finish- you know the drill
  • Fast-paced, high-volume, detail-focused work

Site Supervisors

  • Travel to sites in the local area for installs and completion
  • Run jobs, manage subs, troubleshoot issues
  • Factory-based when not on-site

You'll Need:

  • Cert III in Carpentry (or similar)
  • White card
  • Modular build experience is ideal but not essential
  • Supervisors need solid leadership experience- not just a title
  • Licence and reliable transport (especially for the Supervisor role)
