About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with:

  • Early-onset dementia
  • Autism
  • Intellectual disabilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with medication management (including insulin administration)
  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Promoting independence and community participation

Schedule & Type

  • Casual position
  • 24/7 roster with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers

Essential Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Full Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or related field
