About the Role

As a full-time butcher at McKenzie's Meats, you will:

  • Prepare and process a variety of fresh meat cuts, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including advice on product selection, preparation, and cooking methods.
  • Cut and pack online orders throughout the week to meet delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales and operational goals.
  • Contribute to the preparation of specialty items such as sausages, marinated meats, and gourmet products.
