Position: Team Leader and Team Member positions available – Grounds Maintenance (Government contracts, Developers, Councils, large business)

Pay: Negotiable based on experience and performance

South East Agriculture and Landscape Services is seeking both Grounds Maintenance Supervisor and Team Members to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on government contracts, developers, and councils, offering a position to lead a growing team of employees on grounds maintenance contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team on large-scale grounds maintenance contracts and projects
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and perform grounds maintenance tasks such as tractor slashing operations, zero turn mower, brush cutting and herbicide applications
  • Manage equipment, including tractors, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance
  • Meet strict OHS and record keeping requirements
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
  • Solve problems on-site efficiently to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Skills & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

  • Must have current valid driver's license.
  • Must have experience with ride on mowers, tractors &/or machinery
  • Friendly can-do attitude.
  • Self-Motivated, organized, physically fit & ability to work autonomously.
  • High attention to detail with strong knowledge of OH & S requirements.
