The Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our Sunshine Coast team.

In this role, you'll work as a mobile clinician supporting adults in Residential Aged Care facilities across the Sunshine Coast region. You'll report directly to your Clinical Lead, while collaborating closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate with a passion for aged care, this role offers the chance to make a real difference to the lives of older Australians.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting older Australians with swallowing and communication needs
  • Can deliver training and education to Residential Aged Care Facility staff
  • Brings strong organisation and time-management skills to manage an independent caseload
  • Is an enthusiastic communicator, innovative thinker, and collaborative team member
  • Is motivated to grow with us and contribute to the future of Food Solutions
What You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting adults with swallowing and communication difficulties (preferred)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply – you'll receive close support, shadowing, and supervision with our Clinical Leads and Senior Speech Pathologists
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current QLD driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Certified Practising Speech Pathology Australia membership
