Who we are looking for

  • Trained experience in using knives to cut, trim, de-bone and skin fresh meat
  • Have a minimum year 10 high school education.
  • Previous smallgoods manufacturing and/or food manufacturing experience.
  • Must be effective in, and have the ability to follow, written/verbal communications.
  • Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline.
  • Ideally, have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.
  • Ability to change and adapt to customer and business needs.
  • Willingness to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
