Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Cook who has experience in preparing dumplings and noodles. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills with a path toward becoming a Wok Chef. If you have a love for Asian cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dumplings and noodles to our high-quality standards
  • Assit in ingredients preparation and general daily cleaning
  • Restocking
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous cooking experience in an Asian/Chinese cuisine environment is required
  • Knowledge of dumpling and noodle preparation techniques
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (we are VERY busy)
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a Wok Chef role
