Early Childhood Educator – Trainee

Explore & Develop North Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic trainee educator with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to our community.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Essential attributes of this role:

  • Ability to communicate appropriately with families whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Learning about record keeping, compliance and programming
  • Ensure the safety & wellbeing of all stakeholders (children, educators and families)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to Undertaking certificate 3 in Children's Services
