We are now seeking our next "superhero" to join the CareSuper team on our exciting journey as we continue to grow and demonstrate that we truly care.

What the role looks like

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Employer Services (Northern), you will be a key contributor in the following areas:

  • Building and managing strong relationships with high-value employers to drive retention and growth
  • Strengthening employer relationships to unlock new opportunities and improve service delivery
  • Identifying and engaging with potential growth employers to expand the fund's reach
  • Developing and executing strategic territory plans aligned with departmental goals
  • Engaging with key decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, to deliver tailored service plans
  • Facilitating seminars, consultations, and member education initiatives to support confident financial decisions
  • Providing general advice and information to members and prospective members in line with RG146 requirements
  • Supporting employers with seamless processes and tools, including QuickSuper and administration needs
  • Collaborating with the Growth & Partnerships team to pursue new business, growth, and retention opportunities
  • Ensuring all activities meet business plan objectives, compliance requirements, and CareSuper's high service standards

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, confident engaging C-suite executives
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset
  • A genuine desire for face-to-face engagement and the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to employer engagement and member outcomes
  • Flexibility to travel, valid driver's licence, and willingness to work outside standard hours as required
  • RG146 qualification (essential), with tertiary studies in business or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Extensive experience in a relationship or sales management role
