We are a flooring business based in East Sydney and due to growth are seeking a reliable, highly motivated and energetic professional who will provide labourer duties as well be the sole delivery driver for  our reputable organisation.

We believe the ideal candidate will have previous experience driving large vans and/or small trucks. Solid experience in navigating delivery routes with their knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area and managing delivery schedules effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Load and unload hard surface flooring materials from supplier/ warehouse to site in a timely organised manner
  • Follow delivery run sheet on and ensure all paperwork is marked off accordingly
  • At times removal of existing floor with safe disposal of materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the warehouse with any ad hoc duties as required
  • Maintain general housekeeping while on site

  • Strong time management and communication skills are also valuable for interacting with customers
  • Physical stamina is essential as the role involves lifting, moving etc.
  • Can accommodate an immediate start, vehicle and phone supplied
  • Australian Drivers and Forklift Licence required with perfect driving record to be requested
  • Driving manual is highly essential
  • On going training provided in operations
