- Lead and execute manual and automated testing for digital solutions, ensuring high standards of quality across all deliverables.
- Spearhead the implementation and evolution of automation frameworks, with a strong focus on Katalon, to enhance test efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Conduct thorough testing of new applications and enhancements to verify functionality, performance, and usability across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to align testing efforts with project requirements and timelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects in software and infrastructure components, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Katalon, offering guidance and setting best practices for automation to the QA team.
- Write and manage advanced automation scripts for complex test scenarios, ensuring robustness and maintainability.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of testing environments, including integrated and end-to-end system environments.
- Provide detailed status reports, test results, and quality metrics to stakeholders, highlighting risks and progress.
- Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing insights from a testing perspective.
- Mentor junior testers, fostering skills development and promoting best practices in manual and automation testing.
