We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing real estate company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
• Create engaging property and brand content including brochures, social media posts, and website updates
• Coordinate photography, videography, and copywriting for property marketing
• Manage online property listings and ensure accuracy across platforms
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and event coordination
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Skills & Experience

• Previous marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with design software (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
