The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, thrive on helping people and be able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Role responsibilities:
- Maintain great customer relations and follow up customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Follow all customer service procedures to ensure a 100% result on CSI surveys
- Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs or parts and equipment
- Recording of all customer appointments in the dealership CRM system
- Completing all repair orders immediately when a customer arrives
- Interpret warranty information and provide advice to customers
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, automotive industry experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence
