Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Springwood and provide an exceptional guest experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, thrive on helping people and be able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Role responsibilities:

• Maintain great customer relations and follow up customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Follow all customer service procedures to ensure a 100% result on CSI surveys
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs or parts and equipment
• Recording of all customer appointments in the dealership CRM system
• Completing all repair orders immediately when a customer arrives
• Interpret warranty information and provide advice to customers

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, automotive industry experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
• Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
• Accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Current manual driver's licence
