Warehouse Store Person Position Description

Role Description:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Store Person provides administrative and operational support in the execution of routine warehouse activities in a timely and effective manner. The Warehouse Store Person is expected to act in a professional manner, upholding the values of Cological at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accurately executes on-time picking, packing and consolidation of orders
  • Work with transport providers to ensure that they are loaded and dispatched, or unloaded in a safe and timely manner
  • Work as a part of a team, to receive stock either from another location or production, to receipt the stock into inventory and put away within the warehouse
  • Conduct regular stock takes and/or cycle counts to ensure accurate stock records and appropriate storage of materials
  • Assists in scheduling technical inspection by qualified personnel
  • Adhere to site systems and safety requirements, ensuring that the correct PPE is worn, at all times
  • Able to operate materials handling equipment, to load, unload and replenish goods within the warehouse environment
