About the role:

We're looking for an energetic Service Advisor to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in South Nowra.  We are seeking a high performer who will be the face of our South Nowra Auto Group Service Centre dealing directly with our customers who are servicing their vehicles.

This role is Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm.

What will a day look like?

  • Open from 7:30am you will meet and greet customers as part of our "Driveway service"
  • You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done.
  • Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
  • Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.
  • Overall; establish and develop effective customer relationships

About you:

  • Previous or current experience as an Automotive Service Advisor - highly regarded
  • VOYAGER (dealer management system) experience – highly regarded
  • Proven experience meeting and/or overachieving Customer Satisfaction Targets
  • You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
  • You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
  • You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
  • You will have a can do approach where no task is too hard
  • You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers
  • Current NSW Driver's License
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
