About the Role....

We are excited to offer one full time permanent Warehouse Storeperson position within our Despatch team at our Smithfield Distribution Centre. This position is rostered for a morning start, circa 7:54 AM to 4 PM. Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in our efficient operations 

The primary role of the Storeperson is to undertake:

  • Picking and packing of goods

  • Safe handling of stock and use of RF Scanner Technology

  • General warehousing duties

  • Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices

  • Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting
     

About you, skills and experience…
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team.

We are looking for Storepersons who have:

  • A good understanding of ERP-type processes.

  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.

  • Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 20-30 kgs.

  • Forklift Licence (not required but is desirable).
