We have a permanent full-time opportunity within our Field Services team for an experienced IT professional troubleshooting and performing installations on customer devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair and installations on customer equipment including laptops, PCs, servers, networking machines adhering with ASI's internal standard operating procedures and knowledge base.
  • Configure desktop hardware, software and other devices.
  • Assemble PCs, monitors, and other equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal IT tracking and ticketing systems.
  • Provide on-site technical support as required.

A bit about you:

  • Two or more years' experience in providing support for desktop/store hardware infrastructure
  • Proven track record on hardware, desktop environment, and interactive whiteboard administration and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting experience extends to a great understanding of manufacturer repairs isolating issues away from software and applications to hardware faults
  • Familiarity with IT service desk ticketing tools and working within structured service level agreements
  • Ability to work with multiple jobs on, managing the priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • You are used to communicating at all levels and your verbal and written communication skills are your secret power
  • You hold a valid driver's licence, and willing to submit suitable background checks
