About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead the daily operations of our seed processing, storage and distribution facility. The ideal candidate will have a positive and inclusive leadership style, deep knowledge in health and safety management, experience in overseeing capital investment projects, an understanding of quality management, and be committed to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a diverse team to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage day-to-day activities across processing, storage, and distribution areas
  • Prioritise health and safety practices and implement wellbeing initiatives
  • Monitor performance metrics to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and service goals
  • Uphold inventory procedures to maintain quality standards
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing, preferably in agriculture
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 systems
