We provide trauma-informed therapy, social work, mentoring, and NDIS supports to individuals, families, and participants. The Role

We are seeking a passionate Accredited Social Worker, Registered Counsellor, or Psychotherapist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to individuals and families
  • Work with both private clients and NDIS participants (Functional Capacity Building, Psychosocial Disability, Victims Services if applicable)
  • Support clients presenting with PTSD, complex trauma, mood disorders, and emotional regulation challenges, neurodivergence & psychosocial disability.
  • Collaborate with clients, carers, and allied health professionals to achieve person-centred goals
  • Maintain accurate notes, reports, and documentation

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Accredited Social Worker (AASW), or Registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist (ACA, PACFA, ACAP or equivalent)
  • Experience in trauma-informed practice
  • Strong understanding of psychosocial disability and/or NDIS frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

  • EMDR training or willingness to complete if meeting eligibility requirements
  • Experience in child protection, trauma, or disability support
  • Registered with a registering body & hold relevant insurances
  • Willingness to work flexibly - in clinic and remotely with varied hours
  • Familiarity with NDIS reporting requirements
