Role Title: Contract Management Services

Role Description: Providing Strategic business advice, Contract management and contract performance and Procurement support including contract advice, development, tender and evaluation the Commercial manager will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Provide specialist commercial advice and strategic planning

• Development and maintenance of contract management plans

• Contract performance management and compliance review

• Coordination, review and assessment of supplier deliverables

• Manage and support Phase-in and Phase-out activities for MCPSPO contracts.

• Risk, Issue and opportunity identification and management.

• Design and develop appropriate procurement methodologies and contracting options (including commercial arrangements)

• Develop business cases, strategies, plans, and tender documentation

• Complete, review and/or endorse key commercial documentation

• Draft/develop Noting and/or Decision Briefs, in addition to Ministerial submissions, as required

• Conduct and support on the job training for Defence personnel in relation to procurement methodologies, contracting options and tender development.

Essential Requirements: 3 to 5 years' experience

Desirable Requirements: ASDEFCON knowledge

Salary Range Depending on Experience: $150K package

Required Security Clearance Level: NV1

Location: Defence Plaza Sydney

Weekly Hours: 40
