All Areas Maintenance is a locally owned, growing business supplying maintenance solutions to residential and commercial properties.

We are based South of the River but access work all over the metro area and occasionally in regional areas of WA.

The successful candidate will have experience in the trade industry as a carpenter along with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in building projects and/or facilities maintenance will be highly regarded, but not essential. The ability to learn new skills on the job and work proficiently while unsupervised will be highly regarded.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our team and complete the following works:

• Installation of door hardware
• General maintenance and repairs
• Preventative and reactive maintenance works
• Minor roof repairs / leak maintenance
• Carpentry & cabinetry work
• Use of machinery, including own hand tools and power tools
• Ability to use ServiceM8 app on jobs (or willingness to be mentored)
• Ability to contribute to a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to work to company and Australian standards and meet project timelines

The successful candidate will:

• Have building maintenance experience
• Be well-presented, punctual, and trustworthy
• Have excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - taking pride in their work
• Have a strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Be able to work autonomously and in a team
• Hold a current Western Australian Drivers Licence (preferably manual but not essential)
• Be legally entitled to work in Australia
• Be fully vaccinated (to Covid-19 Standards) due to our clients' needs and settings
• Need a current National Police check or ability to obtain one
• Own their own basic set of hand tools
