We are seeking a Production Dispatcher to join our team and ensure that our production runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the driving force behind coordinating and communicating with various departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.

Production Dispatcher Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands

  • Communicate with production supervisors, managers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

  • Track inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure adequate raw material supply

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports

  • Resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide support to other departments as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Some heavy lifting involved

  • Use of Shopify and Ecommerce platforms

Production Dispatcher Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge Ecommerce platforms / Shopify

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and coordination

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of production processes and techniques

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production planning software

  • Car licence

  • Automotive knowledge but not preferred
