Distribution/assembly Worker

Radius Fabrications, a locally owned business in Capalaba, specializes in producing snorkels, airboxes, and manifolds for 4WD vehicles. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in a full-time distribution/assembly role. This position involves assembling components fabricated on-site using various materials and tools to create custom products, as well as preparing these products for dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assemble parts and products according to detailed instructions and blueprints.

Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet or exceed company standards.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to carry out assembly tasks.

Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during the assembly process.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.

Keep your workspace clean and organized while adhering to all safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Ability to accurately follow instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with assembly tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Monday to Friday role. 7am - 3.30 Mon - Thurs 7am - 1pm Friday

Car licence a must

Pay: $23.57 - $29.99 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- 8 hour shift
