Senior Technology Vendor Manager
into a high-visibility supplier management squad. This squad thinks beyond renewal dates - scanning the next 12 months for value across major tech suppliers and turning opportunity into outcomes.

If you're a supplier-management pro who can speak product and finance, has strong communication skills, and knows how to apply AI in a corporate setting, this is the platform to make an outsized impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Own a tech vendor portfolio
    end-to-end: onboarding, in-life governance (to APRA standard), change, renewals and exit.
  • Find and prosecute opportunities
    : under-utilisation, duplicate tools, price/volume breaks, re-tiering and consolidation.
  • Design smarter deals
    : model 18–24-month options vs 3–5-year terms; weigh optionality vs price and land the story with stakeholders.
  • Run crisp governance
    : QBRs, SLA/OLA reviews, remediation and improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • Be the commercial nuclear
    across the bank by partnering with Business Owners, Legal, Risk, Finance and Tech to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Apply AI in practice
    : co-pilots/LLMs for contract analytics, risk triage, forecasting, summarisation or workflow automation.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' supplier/vendor management in tech-heavy or fast-paced corporates (FS/fintech/scale-ups welcome).
  • Proven
    commercial acumen
    — structure options, build the model, negotiate the value story (not just the rate card).
  • AI fluency
    with real examples (e.g., contract analytics, governance automation, data extraction).
  • Outstanding communication skills
    — influence engineers, product, finance and vendors; credible with senior leaders.
  • Builder mindset
    — pick apart a process, put it back together, and leave it faster, clearer and measurable.
