In this dynamic role, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Create and design simple and complex traffic guidance schemes (TGS) and traffic management plans (TMP) for civil construction and maintenance projects in accordance with requirements, guidelines, and relevant standards.

- Monitor and inspect the compliance of temporary traffic management implementation.

- Plan and coordinate TTM technical training offerings and trial innovative TTM devices and practices.

- Read and understand the TTM Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) and assist with the performance management of traffic control companies and sub-contractors.

- Review the TMPs and TGSs prepared by externals and ensure adequate risk assessment and safety provisions.

- Support local workers, supervisors and managers through the provision of TTM training, on site education, role coaching, and mentoring.

- Work collaboratively with peers across other regions to champion and lead the RoadTek focus on capability uplift in the TTM function.
