Your Role

About You

You're a confident, values-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings out the best in others. You understand the power of early learning and the importance of strong, supportive teams.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting
  • Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
