About the RoleWe're searching for a creative and motivated Ecommerce Assistant to play a key role in both our online presence and day-to-day operations. This is a diverse role where you'll create engaging content, manage influencer collaborations, and bring our brand voice to life online – while also helping fulfil customer orders and keeping our stock and warehouse organised.

What You'll Do- Social Media & Content: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (Reels, TikToks, posts, stories) that reflects our brand and resonates with beauty/skincare lovers.
- Influencer Marketing: Research, engage, and manage influencer partnerships, building long-term relationships to grow our reach.
- Community Management: Respond to customer emails, messages and comments across platforms, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand tone of voice.
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care, ensuring a high-quality unboxing experience.
- Stock & Warehouse Management: Receive deliveries, track inventory, and maintain stock levels.
- Campaign Support & Reporting: Assist with ecommerce promotions, campaigns, and social media analytics to help drive growth.
- You're creative, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about beauty, skincare & social media.
- You've got a proven ability to create high-engagement content across TikTok and Instagram (please provide your portfolio and/or Instagram / TikTok account with application).
- You're organised, adaptable, and happy to roll up your sleeves – whether it's packing an order or brainstorming the next viral TikTok.
- Experience in social media marketing, customer service, or warehouse/fulfilment is highly regarded.
