With our office in Rockingham, Super Squad deliver high-quality NDIS supports across the Perth Metro and Peel regions. Now, we're looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team and help shape the future of safe, person-centred and evidence-based clinical services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Clinical Support – Registered Nurse position plays a pivotal role in driving high-quality health and wellbeing outcomes for people with disability. You'll provide strategic and hands-on clinical support, champion best practice, and ensure strong clinical governance, compliance and safeguarding across the organisation.

Based in Rockingham, this role will involve some travel across the Peel and South Metropolitan regions and close collaboration with participants, families, healthcare providers, government stakeholders and the Super Squad leadership team.

This is a role for an experienced Registered Nurse who inspires others, thinks strategically, and is deeply committed to improving lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Clinical Support & Governance

  • Provide support in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of high-quality clinical services
  • Review and oversee the clinical governance framework
  • Conduct clinical risk assessments and manage complex clinical issues
  • Provide direct clinical care and education where required

Quality, Compliance & Safeguarding

  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements
  • Oversee participant health and wellbeing checks
  • Support medication management, mealtime management and care planning
  • Support incident management, audits and clinical documentation

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Build strong linkages with WA Health and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Liaise with participants, families, carers and external stakeholders
  • Lead hospital admissions, discharges and medication change processes

Workforce Capability & Culture

  • Support support-worker clinical competency and wellbeing
  • Promote a positive, person-centred and evidence-informed culture
  • Champion safeguarding, quality outcomes and continuous improvement

Strategy, Data & Growth

  • Analyse data, identify trends and manage clinical risks
  • Contribute to research, evaluation and service development
  • Support reporting, workforce planning and sustainable growth initiatives

About You

You're a confident and compassionate clinical leader who thrives in a values-driven environment. You bring:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Extensive experience within the NDIS and strong knowledge of Quality & Safeguards requirements
  • Broad, well-rounded clinical expertise
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making and risk management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to analyse data, report on outcomes and drive improvement
  • Documentation and IT capability
  • A commitment to person-centred, safe and high-quality supports
  • Ability to travel independently across regions

Requirements

To join Super Squad, you'll be willing to:

  • Complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Provide a National Police Check (within last 3 months)
  • Provide a Working With Children Check
  • Provide a Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
  • Provide current CPR (within 12 months)
