The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graduate Architect

with proven capability in multi-residential projects. The ideal candidate will have contributed

across all stages of a project — from concept design through documentation and into

construction.

Your design sensibility, technical ability and attention to detail will be supported by strong

organisational and coordination skills. This role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful

responsibility, be recognised as a key member of our team, and grow your career within our

practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver architectural documentation packages through concept, design

development, tender and construction phases

  • Develop multi-residential layouts and interior planning solutions

  • Coordinate with consultants and manage responses to RFIs

  • Attend site meetings with contractors to review progress against design intent and

quality outcomes

  • Advise on constructability issues with client representatives

  • Manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining design integrity

  • Apply a solid understanding of Australian Standards and the BCA

About You

  • Eager to be part of a growing, design-driven practice

  • Interested in new fabrication technologies and innovation in architecture

  • Strong "get the job done" attitude with a high level of autonomy

  • Committed to delivering exceptional service and quality outcomes for clients

  • Highly proficient in Revit

  • Registration as an Architect preferred

  • Must have authority to work in Australia
