Service Advisor for Leading Regional Automotive Dealership

For Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor to deliver streamlined vehicle servicing solutions for a reputable regional automotive group.
A permanent full-time role within a modern and growing dealership environment.
- Requires: Proven dealership operations experience with strong OEM service process knowledge.
- Salary guide: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.
- Location: north-western New South Wales.
Your normal day will involve:
- Acting as the primary customer liaison for vehicle servicing and repair inquiries.
- Managing service requests, booking appointments, and coordinating with workshop technicians.
- Delivering high-quality customer service by assessing customer needs and explaining processes clearly.
- Maintaining precise records of service orders, communications, and vehicle histories.
- Collaborating closely with the Service Manager to promote efficient workshop operations.
- Assisting with invoicing, warranty claims, and follow-ups to optimise customer retention.
- Handling a high volume of service cases daily in a professional manner.
This Service Advisor role places you at the core of customer experience and workshop efficiency in a state-of-the-art facility. You will utilise your dealer operational expertise to ensure vehicle servicing runs smoothly, upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership productivity.
